Financial
Payment is expected at the time of treatment. To aid our patients, we have several payment options. Of course, there are the old favorites: cash, check or money order, as well as all major credit cards.

For those that want to split payments over a longer period of time, flexible payment plans are also available through Capital One Healthcare Finance and Care Credit, traditional loans intended specifically for dental work. Applied for right in our office or in the privacy of your own home by clicking on the above links. Their primary advantage is to allow you to complete your dental treatment and pay at your own pace.

Established patients can also make secure payments through this website. Just click on the My Account and Appointments link and enter your ID and password. Not sure of your ID email us at info@rodgersdds.com and we will send you the information.

Before each appointment, be sure to verify your cost estimate. No one likes unexpected surprises.

Insurance
We are happy to help where we can by accepting assignment of insurance benefits and filing insurance claims on your behalf at no charge. We will ask for some basic information so we may detail your coverage and better estimate what portion of your costs the insurance company most likely will pay. Unfortunately, if the insurance company fails to make a timely payment or pays less than estimated, we will look to you to pay the remaining cost. You, of course, have the right to petition the insurance company yourself for reimbursement.

Please keep in mind, dental insurance is a benefit from your employer. And as such, it is not intended to cover all of your possible expenses..
